DrugsAtlas is a digital health knowledge platform that brings together drug intelligence, clinical guidelines, and patient education โ structured for the realities of Indian healthcare, and designed to be used at the point of care.
India's clinicians serve over 1.4 billion people across primary health centres, district hospitals, and tertiary institutions. They make thousands of prescribing, diagnostic, and referral decisions every day โ often under significant time pressure, in resource-variable settings, and without a unified reference they can trust.
The tools that do exist are fragmented: drug information is scattered across brand-heavy commercial databases; clinical guidelines sit in dense PDFs rarely consulted at the bedside; global references โ while excellent โ don't reflect Indian formularies, national programmes, or ground-level realities.
DrugsAtlas was created to close that gap.
One unified reference.
Comprehensive drug monographs covering Indian formulations, strengths, and combinations. Structured around pharmacology โ not brand names.
Stepwise, action-oriented disease management pathways designed for rapid clinical reference. Contextualised for Indian settings.
Plain-language explanations written to support understanding and shared decision-making. Bridging the communication gap.
DrugsAtlas serves the full spectrum of India's healthcare ecosystem.
Quick, reliable reference for prescribing decisions.
Structured learning and evidence review.
Accurate knowledge for dispensing and counselling.
Trustworthy health information they can act on.
"Every entry is rooted in published guidelines, peer-reviewed literature, and established pharmacological sources."
"Information is structured for the realities of busy wards, clinics, and emergency departments โ not for the library shelf."
"Reflecting Indian formularies, national health programmes, drug availability, and prescribing norms."
"Patient safety over promotion. No pharmaceutical sponsorship influences editorial content."
"Medicine evolves. So does DrugsAtlas. Content is reviewed and updated as practice change."
DrugsAtlas is not a static database. It is a long-term effort to build the clinical knowledge infrastructure that Indian healthcare deserves โ one that unifies drug information, disease management, and patient communication into a single, continuously evolving system.
As the platform matures, we are working toward structured data layers, intelligent clinical tools, and deeper integration into the workflows where decisions are actually made. The ambition is not just to inform, but to become a trusted clinical companion โ one that respects medical judgment while making better decisions easier.
A note on responsibility: DrugsAtlas is an educational and informational resource. It is not a substitute for clinical expertise, professional judgment, or the doctor-patient relationship. All clinical decisions must be made by qualified healthcare professionals based on individual patient circumstances.
